Haven't seen it but explosives are often measured in tons (or megatonnes) of TNT equivalent, so if it's more powerful than TNT it can weigh less than its TNT equivalent.

Sounds like a horrendous use to me..... these enhanced blast weapons are great for the purpose they are designed for. I guarantee that the NK nuclear sites will be buried, hardened and difficult to attack. A MOAB functioned above/on a site will just tickle it.

What's needed  is a dual warhead delayed detonation bomb/missile with a hardened penetrator. This would penetrate into the structure then using a secondary blast warhead function internally, buildings are much much weaker in expansion against blast than they are in compression.
