    Yes the Mines and Quarries Act 1971 states quite clearly that no getting of mineral shall take place on a public holiday.

    Life is very strange.  I thought Christian holidays were banned in this day and age?  It's thrown my whole routine and now I feel like I'm wrapped in cotton wool and rolling down the mountain.
