SOLD: Sid Poole Custom Blonde Tele *£900 posted

Another victim of my recent pre cbs purchase is this gorgeous tele handmade by legendary luthier Sid Poole. I only just got it as a replacement for my 68 tele but seems I pushed the boat out a bit too far with my recent strat purchase.

It plays absolutely flawlessly thanks to a recent refret and it's a very resonant, light guitar. There is some player wear to the lacquer here and there especially on the fingerboard between the first few frets but it's in great shape overall. 

The pickups are more recent 'Monty's' handwound single coils which sound cracking. Neck is a soft V shape and radius is a modern 12".

I no longer have the hiscox case it came in but I can chuck in a generic hard case..., if it sells for a reasonable sum I'll source a used hiscox for it and include that.

Richie Tomson based in Wigan. It's a fantastic refret, slightly wider frets than vintage.
