Boss DS-1 (was an '88, but now I have one modded to Keeley specs) & Boss CE-2, set to subtle.

    Topanga reverb.

Second most 'on' pedal is the Demeter Tremulator. On songs when I don't need tremolo, I often just turn down the intensity so as to keep the subtle boost.

    Pharaoh Fuzz

Then again it is in the fx loop of my Amptweaker, so I'm guessing it doesn't really count.

I have my "wet " effects on a switchable loop on a Boss LS2 line selector. That works well. I can set up the fx, then punch them in or out at will.

    Beat me to it.

When I had a pedalboard, only the Boss Space Echo was always on.

Noise gate. I use an EHX Silencer purely to kill extraneous noise/microphonic feedback between songs because I've forgotted to turn my fuzzy wuzzy off.

Actually, even that gets turned off for a couple of songs where I turn the guitar volume down.

    So, nowt.

Not a pedal as such, it's a great big heavy breeze-block of a thing but my VHT Valvulator is always on for recording. Actually, I don't have much choice, there isn't an off switch.
Makes everything sound great and kills hum & hiss.

    NS2 pretty much.
Flint, at least a little bit of plate to add some air.
For cleans, Keeley comp & Ulbrick Megalodon boost.
