Ive spent twenty minutes searching but I can't find a contact number or email anywhere.

All I can find is tech support or links to buy stuff.

Does anyone know of one or do they actually not have one.

With any company I doubt you'd have much luck finding a dedicated 'complaints department'. Just contact customer service and take it from there
