Pickup spacing for prs with trem?

I have a few PRS CE guitars with trems.
I'm sure that I read a bit ago that they don't take an F spaced pickup and they need regular spaced, but now that I've put one in it seems out of alignment.

Does anyone know what the best option is?

Either works and it probably makes no difference to sound

Agree it doesn't make a difference to the sound. I had some paf pros in an Ibanez where the high e pole piece was nowhere near the string and it sounded fine. Just looks a bit odd.

I always fit trem spaced pickups in a PRS.   I know it makes no difference to the sound but it was a surprise when I discovered they fit standard spacing in the factory - once you notice it they look wrong imo.
