How long do I give them to pay up

Sold rack FX last week on Hebay....buyer hasnt paid yet....sent a reminder last night.....how long do you give em?

I give them 72 hours from purchase if it's a BIN sale unless they contact me beforehand to say that they will pay a bit later.

Not the seller's problem. If the seller is holding back because he doesn't want to lose the sale then fair enough but if he just wants to give the buyer a reasonable chance to pay up before moving on I think he's done that.

I only sell via BIN and if I've not received payment in 48 hours I contact them, if I've not heard back 24 hours after that I'd start action.

eBay does allow you to start action after 48 hours.  It gives them 4 days (but you can agree longer with the buyer if you like)... http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/unpaid-items.html#contact

They paid yesterday, 9 days late....I opened an unpaid item thing with Ebay, maybe that prompted them, Ill post it when Im ready.
