Spotify: has anyone else just lost all their "starred" tracks?

Pretty much as it says in the title.
All my starred tracks have vanished.
There were lots and it was such a good playlist.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I've just checked, everything seems tickity boo for
me.

After a bit of googling it's not an unknown issue.  I'm still not quite sure why it happens though.
This is as far as I've got in case it happens to anyone else.
The Web Player had the playlist which I was able to restore from this page:

But the desktop proggie still has no starred playlist, just says it's empty (which is bleedin' obvious), and I still can't star any tracks either with click on the star icon (it's still there un-filled), or R-clicking "star."

So, very odd.  Hey ho.
