One I picked up from Delks on here a few months back out of curiosity and one that I really liked.  To my ears it's a nice blend of a 335 and a P90 equipped LP and very versatile.

Like the fantastic Busted tune it's from the year 2000 but it really is immaculate with no noticeable fret wear or dings of any kind.

(EDIT thanks to BloodEagle for pointing out my schoolboy error, I'm not the Busted groupie I thought I was obviously)

Comes with the original hardcase.

I'm selling due to a double whammy of car trouble (mine and my sons), this will cover around half of it and I need to work out what else I will need to sell next :-( (possibly an original late 70s JC120 in case anyone is interested)

The Busted tune talks about the year 3000, not 2000

@rlw yup sort of. Originally from Mottingham then moved to Petts Wood when I was at college. Spent all my teenage years hanging around in Bromley

I'm originally from Deptford so a bit dodgy.....

I'm just trying to figure out how to pay for this so bear with me.  If someone else gets in first, fine, but I am trying to get sorted for the morning.  I just don't want paypal taking money from the wrong CC and causing chaos.

OK.  Shit.   I've emailed DrCornelius to say that I'm out for family reasons.  Someone please buy this so I don't agonize at seeing it here every day.

Hi, is this the one on fleabay? Can you let me know a bit more about its weight, sound, neck size and whether pickup in north or central London is feasible?

Hi Mike , it was on eBay but I let it expire as I traded it last week. If there is one on there now it isn't my one.

I bought it because to my ears it sounded like a cross between a 335 and a p90 equipped LP. The variotone didn't really float my boat but with it off you can get a really nice range of sounds from it.

The body is not only semi hollow but its small so they are light. The neck felt quite fendery and I'm sure I read somewhere that they used a fender scale length on it.

I have decided I don't get on with les Pauls or semis so I've got back to fenders but it was definitely my favourite of my recent semis that I've tried.

    hope that helps
