Well it was a brit (scotsish specifically) who when they saw a terrorist on fire after a failed car bombing ran up an kicked the burning man in the balls. 

That's the British reaction to terrorism - a swift kick to the reproductive organs. You might try to blow us up, but we'll kick you in the genes. We will fight them in the britches etc.
