Good point @merlin, l think his playing adds a new element to the genre as he's combining elements of jazz/fusion playing into the melting pot which certainly lifts the music above it's usual mix.

Very much enjoying this. Rita Is Gone is absolutely incredible - like the Allmans backing Otis Redding or something. Wonderful stuff.
