Little ribbon bows on cars?

I keep seeing vehicles with little bouquets made of coloured ribbon attached to them, almost like they're going to a wedding, but I've seen it in loads of different towns and the bouquets are all the same.

WTF is this all about?

Little princesses being driven to school proms is my guess.

@Emp_Fab if you're out and about in South Wales, it's for a cause called Mia - Rainbow Princess. A family from Merthyr are fundraising for their 5 year old daughter to go to the States for specialist cancer treatment.

Yup the flower shop next to my shop makes them for this little girls charity.
