NVGD 50's Gibson Les Paul

Evening all,

picked up my 53-59 Les Paul conversion today, haven't been able to put it down

Vintage 50s PAF in the bridge and a narrow spaced PAF in the neck position, bloody awesome. They really do live up to the hype in my opinion.

Morning, yep this is Yuuki's latest work. Great guy, very talented. 

This was in an interesting state when he got his hands on it, making it a prime candidate for a conversion. Looked like some old hippy had got hold of it in the 70's and sanded off the original gold finish and hand painted a Phoenix in the body.

Yuuki stripped it back and sympathetically restored it.

That's right Neil,

It was a beaten up 53 gold top that's been restored to late 50s spec, by Yuuki M in Norwich.
