To be fair, the line "and you'll hum this tune forever" was quite prescient.
He just missed the bit about it being massively irritating.

It's not that bad!

To be fair, it is worth it alone for how he manages to fit all the words in of the second line of the second verse:

"These people 'round here
Wear beat down eyes sunk in smoke dried faces They're resigned to what their fate is"

Used to play this with the old line-up and above this lyric in his book our singer had written
"HOW THE F*CK AM I SUPPOSED TO FIT ALL THESE LYRICS IN THIS LINE?!?!"
