Back up for sale as I don't use it and have a hankering for something else! I am based in Hinckley or Leicester and regularly travel to Oxford for work.

1987 Paul Reed Smith CE-24 - WITHDRAWN

Recently purchased from Gadget. This fabulous PRS CE-24 was one of the very first built in the first year they were made - 1987 - often referred to as 'pre-factory era'.

It is in great condition for a 30 year old guitar, with only a few minor marks on the top. There's a couple of deeper scratches on the back. Take a close look at the pix for full condition check.

No sign of any noticeable fretwear.

All original hardware. All original unaltered pickups / electrics (see pix).

Comes with hard case (don't know if it's original. Clasps fully functional and fair cosmetic condition - no keys I’m afraid).

2006 Paul Reed Smith CE22 - SOLD

This is definitely a well used guitar. Minimal fretwear, some wear and a bit of corrosion on chrome hardwear, a couple of small dents and a few pick scratches and marks, some buckle rash on the back, comes with hardcase.

PRS SE One - WITHDRAWN

Purchased from Stonevibe. Much loved, used and modded SE One. Mojo P90, locking tuners, neck stripped, strap locks. Various marks, plus old bigsby fitting marks. Cracking guitar for not much money.

    I know.  I'm not even the right Elwood and I feel his pain.

    Have you spoken to the land lord to see if you can stay as long as the place is for sale? If it's only just gone on the market then it'll probably take more than 2 months to sell.

    It's not actually for sale yet. The long story is we moved to this village to get our son into a great primary school. We don't want to buy this place - but I do want to be able to buy a place as soon as a suitable one comes up. We've got until January. So this is just the first stage of liquidating to be ready to rock! ;)

    Having sat and listened to the 305...all I can say is I'm not a prs guy but that guitar sounds lush! If it was my bag I'd be all over it.
