Ah a 1995. Not the best year, a 1991 vintage is preferred.

What do you want to do with it, drink it, use it as a sex lube or treat your rosewood fingerboard?

Only one way to find out if it's still any good....

...ask your missus to bend over and hold her breath.

With garlic, salt, and vinegar it should be just fine as a dressing.

Or you could play it safe and try this - https://www.musicnomadcare.com/Products/Fretboard-F-ONE-Oil/

You don't need it - fretboards needing lemon oil is a myth.

Only if you want a board so pale and dry it's flammable

Some fretboards do dry out and need a little something depending on storage conditions.
Cleaning a manky fretboard is always a pleasure I use Gerlitz Guitar Honey £5 bottle still 3/4 full after several years. Great stuff.

Lemon oil can have drying properties from what I understand.

You might not need it, but it's nice to have. A 40 year old classical guitar with rosewood fingerboard didn't need lemon oil, but it sure looks nice after I applied some.

Mayonnaise will give you a nice dark rosewood board.

Genuine snake oil does have really good long term tonal benefits

My eyes, ears and fingers. A guitar can be transformed by such a simple thing.

I have just used some Jim Dunlop lemon oil yesterday. Still good about 20 years since I bought it

Try it and if it dissolves the fretboard you'll know not to use it again.
