Possible Collection Request - Anyone in or near Hackney?

I may be acquiring a piece of equipment from a contact in Hackney...

Theres no way I can collect in person, so it would be useful for someone to hear it working - I just wondered if there were any forumites in or around that area?

I work near Old Street which is a stones through from Hackney, so might be able to help but not till next week as I avoid it at the weekends

Only at weekends? I'd avoid the place like the plague at any time, especially after *cough* events this week.

That was in Dalston, round the corner from my Gaff. The Turks will have calmed a lot of it down by now as they don't like their shops getting done over. Last time their was riots in that area they didn't get too far off Dalston high street.
