i wonder if he is in partnership with Chapman on this behind the scenes, it would make a lot of sense to utilise the connections they already have with the factories etc rather than starting from scratch

Fair play to him, the ethos of a guitar company building instruments closely with the very target market is to be applauded. 

Stark contrast to Gibson for example who seem to be edging ever further away from the loyal fans. 

Good on Ola for walking away from an established signature guitar with a maker who have heritage in this genre, to persue his ideas of the guitar he wants.

If not partnership I wonder if it'll be the same factory.

LTD, Schecter, PRS SE, and Chapman all have models coming out of the same factory, World Guitars IIRC

I'm not really a djent kind of person. But I enjoy Ola's videos and I'm looking forward to seeing his new guitars. They might actually my kind of thing - at least ones with six strings.

So the new Haunted album play through vids use guitars with Solar written on the headstock. I'm guessing these are his new guitars?

He's more a pretty straight metal guy.
