You mean to use it as a cabinet, with another head?

The speaker is a 30W 16-ohm, so you need an amp of no more than 20-25W, which has an output for 16 ohm, or at a push 8. You also may need a speaker extension cable if the stock one isn't long enough to reach a head - it may just be, depending on where on the head the speaker jack is… for example, it will probably reach with a Mesa Mini Rectifier, but not with an Orange Tiny Terror.

If you're only playing at home volume, it will be safe enough to use a higher-powered amp providing you don't turn it up too far.

Yes, if the cable will reach - I suspect it won't. Most of the larger heads have the speaker jacks roughly in the middle, and the Mini Jubilee has them at the wrong end. The DSL5C has it at the right hand side (looked at from the back).

If not you'll need a 1/4" extension cable - not difficult to buy, but make sure it is a proper one suitable for speaker current.

I hope you aren't planning to connect the speaker out from the mystery head into the guitar input in the DSL5C.
