Lowden S32 Acoustic Guitar for sale. Price revision!!!

About six months ago, I went to a local music store looking for an acoustic around £1000. I ended up walking away with a Lowden S32 and, unfortunately, the grim realities of fiscal responsibility, plus an admission of my own foolishness, mean I have to try and sell it.

That's what it looks like, after some fiddling and incompetence, I have actually managed to get my own images to work...


It really is a beautiful guitar. I'd probably pick out the width and balance of tone as it's 'USP,' but to be honest, everything about it oozes quality. It's also pretty compact, but this does nothing to limit the sound and volume it can produce. There are plenty of interviews and demos with George Lowden on YouTube, so if you're interested in his philosophy and would like to know what it sounds like, give them a look.

It's in perfect condition, but I realise that whether it's Ebay or Cash-Converters, the sellers/carriage fees mean I'm going to lose out on at least £500. I've seen them online for around £2800, but more usually they sell for about £3100. I'd prefer for it to go to someone who'll love it, rather than a faceless bidder, so I'm giving this website a go too. Any offer around £2400 would certainly get my interest. I'd also consider a trade plus cash. It doesn't matter what, as long as it's something I can sell. In an ideal world, someone would give me about £2000 cash and a nice £500 acoustic

Just recently we've had an interesting, albeit entertaining, fiasco with a new member posting an ad. Now, although yours is a 'step-up' from that (I won't name names), I suggest that you read the link below as there is still a bit of work to be done. By fixing your ad, you'll keep the admin and forum happy, and more chance of a getting a sale, too. Good luck

Thanks! I've revised the ad to be specific about price but when trying to use the 'image URL' button, I found it just kept pasting in the same pic. So I can't post any of my own pics, unless it's the same pic over and over and over again. If anyone can tell me how to fix this, I'd be grateful!

Hello, mate. If you do sell this, then I may be able to help you with the £500 acoustic. I have one of these, in great condition, with case, just need to replace the battery in the Fishman pickup. Hardly playing it, but it sounds great. Let me know if you're interested:
