Yay indeed. I love it. Especially the extensive corporate machinations which cost a fortune and add no value to anyone except the senior partners. They're my favourite

It's all part of the annual review process, which ultimately does lead to bonuses and potential promotions.

We already get graded & rated and all that shit, but this is literally putting it into an app so you can request feedback regularly, rather than just at review time. It all feels a bit "adding more tasks and complexity in the name of simplification and catering to millennials..."

There's something refreshingly old-school about the NHS. Staff incentives here pretty much begin and end with "wages".
