    It's all part of the annual review process, which ultimately does lead to bonuses and potential promotions.

    We already get graded & rated and all that shit, but this is literally putting it into an app so you can request feedback regularly, rather than just at review time. It all feels a bit "adding more tasks and complexity in the name of simplification and catering to millennials..."

    There's something refreshingly old-school about the NHS. Staff incentives here pretty much begin and end with "wages".
