MTB/Hybrid for daughter's 9th birthday

Looking for something under £200 and wondering if anyone can recommend a half decent brand?

Been looking at Carreras mainly as I used to have a Vengeance that was pretty good but not too familiar with other makes. What are Decathlon's lower end BTwins like?

She's at an awkward height (142cm) where most kids bikes are on the small side but not quite tall enough for a small adult bike yet. I want it to last a few years so I'm thinking of going slightly bigger so she can grow into it.

My 9 and 10 (nearly 11) boys fit well on a 24" MTB.
Scott Voltage Jnr 24 to be exact. Light enough and the forks springing is really light which suits their weight much better.
I went SH for all their latest bikes because there's so many available. The Scott cost me £100 and is in perfect condition.
Shot through the heart, and you’re to blame, you give love a bad name. Not to mention archery tuition.

I had the rockrider £150 jobbie from b'twin 2 years ago. It wasnt great. But I am a 200lbs bloke who likes things to work perfectly..

    I wouldnt buy a b'twin again though.
The only easy day, was yesterday...
