Have an incoming amp, so this is on the chopping block. 

I'll update with pics etc. soon. 
But it's pretty much unblemished. I think the reverb tray has a few scuffs probably from a previous owner keeping the kettle lead in there or something, but other than that it's very good.

Ive changed out the speaker to a Creamback, too. Sounds much nicer than the K100 that was in it. 

Extensive stuff about it online. 

Comes with both switches for reverb and channel and master.
