Anyone got a spare small off cut of Paduak?

I was a bit of a twat about a year ago and accidentally sheared a screw off in my Paduak Chapman stick. I figure that it's about time that I jumped in and sorted it, Probably have to drill it out and put a plug in. I'd prefer it to be the same wood but I don't have any. I don't suppose that anyone has a small bit lying around that they don't want. I really do mean small, something I can get in the lathe and turn to about 8mm diameter.

    Alternatively, collect the wood dust from drilling, fill the hole with something else, and use the dust mixed with glue for the last 2mm.

    To be honest I'm pretty sure it's totally out of view, but as it is an expensive, quality instrument I'd rather do what I consider to be a good job.

    Im sure you know this already, but be aware that freshly cut padauk is often a considerably different shade than that which has been finished and exposed to UV for a while. So the colour match may not be great.

    Yes, I figured that would be the case, but as I mentioned, I'm pretty sure that it won't actually show.
