I've had a P90 fetish for a while and it's building to trench coat and no pants level sof urge.
I first had the horn for a P90 loaded SG. Then I remembered I couldn't abide playing an SG standing up, and sitting down I felt that the neck extended into the next room. Maybe I should try again.
I had a les paul 50s tribute which was nice. But ended up flogging it pretty quickly. I think because I wanted a full fat les paul, which I subsequently got and love, so maybe I should try a P90 paul again.
I think I want a mahogany/glue in variant rather than bolt on. But I havent played any bolt ons. Reverend have a few in their endless catalogue.
I love the look/idea of a Jr but I baulk at some of the prices Im seeing. There are some Japanese variants on eBay that look interesting. But not sure about buying unseen.
Keep looking at the gold top McCarty in the classifieds. But I've had 3 PRS and they've all been moved on. Why? Dunno. They just have.
Anything I should look at?

I'd be prepared to pay 500 used.
It felt really nice and played well, and had a great back-to-basics/stripped-down vibe to it. Reviews of the whole range seem broadly positive. Maybe the P90 equipped version worth a look?

Just because you're paranoid, don't mean they're not after youSecondhand prices for PRS guitars are silly - given the quality on offer.
