    I would suggest not getting the looper and separate trio (unless it's too late).  It's tricky to get them synchronised and with identical loop length.  Get a Trio+ which has a looper built-in.  I sold my separate units and got a Trio+ and I don't regret it.

    I did the same... Works perfectly and easily every time.

    The choice is simple, swap the chorus pedal for a compressor.
    No-one wants to hear chorus.

    I did the same... Works perfectly and easily every time.
    It's too late, but that's fine, I'm mostly using the trio to keep my rhythm good - if you don't play a consistent rhythm - it doesn't work!  So it helps practise, as well as being fun.
