Ouch!  Hope you"ve recovered! How did you do that? 

Believe it or not a very old garden chair that I was sat on collapsed and I landed in a heap on the floor and the first thing that hit the ground was my arm, fracturing my wrist. The cast is off now but my wrist is still stiff and aches sometimes.  It's really hampering my already crap playing which is annoying.

It must be the month for wrist injuries. I managed to sprain my left wrist putting my bicycle back in the boot of my car after going for a ride.
