I still have high hopes that he might be doing a few more dates. Long way to come for just one night (for both me and him!). Still no sign though.

If he could do stand up on some dates and music on others, that would allow people to see him play without the ‘wackiness’....

It was interesting listening to that.  I'm quite a fan of Greg Koch but I so much preferred the playing of Josh Smith on that.  Although GK is being a bit more sensible you can see how the buffoonery might unconsciously interfere with his playing in both his style and sound and I think that takes something away (although it's still amazing playing).

I agree 100% - much preferred the other guy's playing and lack of dicking about generally. Find it almost impossible to watch someone pulling those "blooz" faces though!
