iPhone reset and deleting data

I’ve never sold a phone before so thought I should double check - to delete everything so it’s safe to sell I just run the restore phone from iTunes.  
When the screen say hello like a new phone then it’s all clear?

Log out of iCloud on the device and turn off find my phone then do full factory reset.
