Ive got a fair few boxes in the attic your welcome to any of them & im pretty sure there's a gibson box up there that my dad's hardcased PRS came in and my laguna box that came from the USA a few years back would be large enough for a hard case,i have plenty of packing that i can bulk out the box with so it doesn't get trashed in transit.

Will look tomorrow and let you know, i can post it out or you can arrange a pickup for it,

I just used to go to the supermarket and ask for some boxes, a Stanley knife and some gaffa tape some bubble wrap and sorted. Maybe you need to think outside the box.
