Not a topic but definitely a trend that I'm trying harder to ignore: people will insist certain specific parts of a guitar either definitely does or doesn't affect the tone as if it's fact. When in reality they can't possibly know for sure even if they tried isolating it in a test (which they probably never have done so are purely guessing).

I'd also imagine that for people who enjoy the mysticism of mojo and tone dislike it when others talk about scientific evidence and logic. That's why I'm trying just to ignore things like that.

Thankfully I don't see her that often now but there was a period she appeared on every popular YouTube guitar channel etc. in some kind of scorched earth social media marketing campaign.
