Gibson SG Standard in Cherry. Serial Number dates it to 2000.
It is a stunningly good guitar.

There are a few marks - some scratches round the pots, a few marks around the jack socket, and one or two minor marks but overall I'd say it's in good condition for a 17 year old guitar.
You can see some of the scratches near the pots in this picture (between the pot and selector switch):
