Need help with parts and wiring for old Marshall 4x12

I've bought a 1979 Marshall 4x12, loaded with its original Marshall badged g1265's.
its had a hard life , and I'd like to get it fully operational again.

i need - 

a few screws to screw the speaker to the baffle . There's a couple missing .
Screws and washers for the back panel , about half have been lost over the years .

but the main thing is the wiring .
the wiring needs re doing .
also the original single jack socket has been removed and a newer mono / stereo socket added .
i hate those sockets . This one is looking flimsy , and the crimps are prone to coming off .

can anybody please two, me where I can get these parts from, and any advice and help with how to sort the socket and wiring would be great !!

What are you looking for @riffpowers ;;;;re Jack plate are you looking for a proper Marshall Stereo Mono Jack plate replacement because if you are I have one that you can have. It is a bit dusty but is NOS never been used.
