Can't see the eBay link but I recently fitted the fender 2 pin ones to my American Pro Strat.

I have the same on my Mex Tele and a set of the Shaller ones on my Tele. 

All work great and installation is a breeze.

I bought a set of the Fender ones last week from First Avenue Guitars (in stock and a little cheaper than Richtone with free postage). I have fitted them to three guitars along with Graph Tech nuts and string trees.

I love the Hipshots, I've used them on a couple of builds although I used the open gear ones.
only issue I encountered was Headstock thickness. The hole in the high E tuner that you stick the string through was partially obscured by the nut/bushing

I don't have that guitar any more but I do have a Tele neck here where the Headstock is 14mm deep and that's fine the string hole is clear
