story is I was selling my Les Paul studio to purchase my mates chris shifflet tele. The Les Paul sold today I dropped said mate a message saying good to go and now the twat has decided he ain’t selling. So I have some cash and a spare guitar hanger 

i think this is now sorted thansk for all the kind offers guys, NGD to follow hopefully

Strats are appealing Con I have to admit to not knowing enough about jap strats though. John thanks but Gretsch not my bag I have learnt in the past and single pick up strat looks great but I like the neck pickup on a strat ( I know I’m weird)

Got a Mex reissue '72 Walnut Deluxe it that's of interest. Upgraded white button tuners. Copper screened etc. Twin wide range HB's, hard tail and 70's headstock. C shape neck. No case queen, lots of wear from studio and live. ;-)
