'Boutique' amp that never really took off.

Vox / matchless impersonator.

As it happens it sounds identical to Dr Z Maz 38 but is hugely more versatile (has five voicing modes).

Has ½ power switch and troide mode so can go down to 7w - ideal bedroom.

Well built, heavy 16 ply birch cab.

Alnico Red Fang (£179 alone) speaker sounds lovely.

A warmer, more versatile AC 30 / poor man's Matchless.

They were slow sellers at the original £1,600 price because the aesthetics are all wrong but the sound is all there.

Great reviews / YouTube videos.

Bargain 'bang for the buck'.

Actually very good , a bit dark for humbuckers perhaps but in a blind test absolutely spot on for Maz 38 : smoother and nicer in fact
Sounds very good with strat or tele
