SMALL CHEAP TEMPORARY AMP REQUIRED!

Hey guys! 

So I have the ultra-horrible Marshall MG15CFR which has made me cringe every time I turn it on, especially considering that I play relatively heavy music like Metallica. I am planning on buying a serious amp in the near future, but for now, I need a replacement for my Marshall amp. I need something cheap and small, yet great-sounding while also good with pedals. I've been advised to check out the Randall KH15, which looks pretty decent on paper. What do you all think?

I'd greatly appreciate your help!

There are smaller ones too, the studio pro for example. 

If you're not a fan of the built in distortion (which is actually okay for 80s thrash to be fair, just ignore the thrash button), pick up a digitech hardwire metal or similar.

Another Marshall MG15CFR. 

Run them in stereo.  Can't get much more metal than that.

What about a Roland Cube?  I have one and it's great and you can use it with pedals if you want.  You can also download some extra amp models using the Roland Cube Kit app on your Android or Apple device.
