The Grand Orbiter by Earthquaker Devices has come to my attention recently.

Anyone got one? Owned one?

My current phaser is a Boss ph-2 which I like a lot but it's not as versatile as the GO. 

From past experience I've discovered that I'm really not into the whole Phase90 sound---the ph-2 is much better than any MXR a-like that I've tried. So where does the GO sit on that spectrum?

I had a v2. I got it thinking it would end my phaser quest (yeah, right). In use though, although it was capable of a range of phase effects, the overall tone seemed somewhat thin, as if the resonance were set too high. As I could never achieve the rounded warmth of a PH-1 or Script 90 I moved it on with no regrets. Currently I use a couple of Maxons, PH350 & PT-9Pro+, which I much prefer as they have a thick warm tone that can be thinned/sharpened up with the resonance control.
