Until the nerve toxins kick in ..........true Yokazuna rank sushi chefs have to have a special licence and at least 7 years training before they are even allowed to prepare Fugu ..........some great documentaries about it on YT

I’m in Tokyo now and tbh...the best meals I’ve had isn’t sushi, there are soooooo much more.
