Just want to give a shout to Temple Audio. My heavy footed Bass player kicked my board at rehearsal recently and broke off the small grommets inside the side panel so my input module snapped off too. These were moulded grommets so not fixable etc. I contacted Temple Audio and they sent over a new side panel for me with spare screws etc all the way from Canada free of charge. Now that's customer service

I had exactly the same issue and no such luck! Depends who you speak to I suppose!

I got the head honcho I think i.e. Cas? He did say he set aside my email and forgot about it for a while and realised he didn't deal with it. Maybe it's a design fault and it's happened before ?

We are talking over a year ago so things may well have changed!
