whats better the Boss NS2 or the isp decimator?

Depends on the application.Decimator is 'better' as its gate can be set to open quicker at lower picking volume. Ns-2 feels a little more clunky.
Though, if you're playing loud metal or just need to stop the squeal of pickups, then ns-2 is great, easy to find second hand and dead cheap.
