Is there such a thing as . . .

a volume pedal - but one that blends in a loop that's part of the pedal ?

I guess it would have to be switchable or wired so you get a clean pass through when the treadle is up and a full loop/pedal signal when down.

  • I've done that using a Boss LS-2 on stereo mode.

    Loop A was clean, Loop B had weird sounds that I could fade in.

    To be honest I only did it to see if I could.

    Ta very much - I made myself a blend pedal so maybe I could modify it to take an expression pedal  :)

  • I have a Barge Effects Feedback Looper that you could use for this. You can use an expression pedal with the looper, to either blend in the effects loop, or increase the amount of feedback in the loop.

    Interested? I could send you it for postage as im not using it and it only cost me 15 quid from another forumer a couple of years ago. It'd be fun to see what you could do you with it considering your current set up :)

    I think I'm already on record wanting to hear a Miku in a feedback loop.

    @AxeWieldingBastard
    - that's very kind, I'll send a PM :)

    @Sporky - I did try my Miku in a self-build feedback looper but nothing much happened (I'm wondering if I wired it wrong despite me checking and checking again - it has worked with one or two pedals but often struggles).

    If I can get something interesting from the Miku I'll post the results.

    Sorry @Sporky - still no sign of a feedback looper ;) . . . but here's the Miku through Count To Five, BitQuest, Syntax Error, Rainbow Machine, Gilamondo and CSIDMAN.

    @Paul_C ;   - yep, Morley did a pedal as you describe, not so long ago.  they can be picked up used every so often.
