As I have recently come into a little money I’m taking the decision to upgrade to a Mesa Boogie Rectifier as I’ve always wanted one and I’m hoping it will provide me with all the grunge goodness I’ve been seeking, so I’m moving on my Peavey. 

Lots of of great features including 1/5/20 watt modes. Reasonable cleans, decent crunch, but exceptional high gain and lets face it if your looking at this as an option your looking for face melting gain. 

It also has a custom 4 button footswitch to allow for switching and boosts in one unit as opposed to needing 2.
