TC Electronic CRESCENDO Auto Swell

One of TC Electronic's new budget "Armada", pedal range, the Crescendo is an auto swell pedal.
So instead of rapid use of your guitar's volume control or volume/swell foot pedal,
you can set the Crescendo to do it for you, automatically.
It has 2 controls, Sensitivity and Attack.
The higher you set the Attack, the slower the note swells in.
Sensitivity controls how that swell reacts to the input of your plucking/strumming technique.
It's worth taking a little time to get these right, for the effect you want.
I have mine on Sensitivity - 10 o'clock and Attack - 3 o'clock.
Sounds really great.
I have the Crescendo at the beginning of my pedal chain.

These budget TCE pedals have nice graphics and a good, solid, design and build.
Definitely not a good as TCE's other range, build wise but very giggable/recordable.
Physically they remind me a little, of EHX.

Overall though, this swell pedal is a very useful addition to my board.
The Crescendo is the building up (swelling) section, in a musical peice.
Not the crash bang wallop, at the end, some folk seem to think it is.
So TCE got the name and this pedal, just right.
