Fairly unusual to see that on a factory-finished guitar but it's usually trapped moisture when spraying in too-damp conditions. Called 'bloom'. Sometimes also putting a cover on a wet car can do it too - I guess something similar here, moisture inside the case.
Often you can shift it with gentle warming though it sometimes comes back - gentle is the keyword, take your time and just warm it a little with a hairdryer. You definitely don't want it hot, just warmed.
