Joyo really seemed to have upped their game.

Like @digitalscream I have the quattro, and it is a superb delay.. I got it for £25 and worth every penny and more so. 

Also I'd nominate the Joyo Bantamp range... The Zombie is a fantastic 20w hybrid Mesa sounding amp head. Effects loop, Bluetooth, headphone socket. £135ish. 
Currently eying up the Vivo which is a 5150 sounding amp, excellent value and solid.

I finally picked up a Pignose 7-100 this year, £65 used, and I wish I'd done it decades ago. 

No other practice amp feels so good to play, it really does respond to the way you play like a great valve amp. It can be smooth, farty, raspy, biting or whatever, just stick it on full and control it with your guitar, lie it on it's side or face down, or open the back, it's just fantastic. 

I've never found a better amp for working on ideas in front of a computer, and the batteries last for ever.

As much as a few people have found it not suiting them live I have to say th 100 watt has worked for me. Only Jams and a practice but it been fine.

Definately my budget buy of the year
