H9 and Voodoo Lab 4x4

I use my Voodoo Lab 4x4 to power my two H9s via it's 12v outputs. I've read though somewhere from an unofficial source that it's 12v sections aren't regulated. This is surely wrong? All the outputs of Voodoo Labs power supplies are a regulated power supply aren't they?

My 4x4 has always worked perfectly whatever I've thrown at it. I wouldn't worry.

As long as you have the reverse-polarity cable, the 4x4 should be absolutely fine, it's regulated. Works on 12V/400mA or 9V/500mA, I believe.

The 12v socket work as a pair with the 9v right next to it and they're not isolated from each other. It is mentioned in the instructions. Maybe this is what they meant?
