ive always bought custom shop guitars thinking that spending more will mean I’ll always get a better guitar. I’ve now found this to be to expensive and as I’m now looking for es335 or Sg type guitar I wondered about getting an Orville or Greco but know nothing about what to buy. 

Any my views on what years and prices I should go for.
