I'm undecided. The script is abysmal but everything else is ok.

I think the script was always going to be hard. There was no common language between them and us, or between the Romans and Ancient Britons, so they could have gone with some kind on unauthentic flowery language, or an unauthentic modern language. They close the latter. 

There are a couple of times, like the swearing where it grated, but I think it is OK.

It's thoroughly enjoyable complete tosh - that's only made better by pompous complaints of it's historical inaccuracies.

Yeah it was wasn't it? Loved that show. Dead good, and got better as they got more budget. He was handy in a punch up ol Spartacus.

She’s fucking gorgeous, I’d happily watch her in anything. The rest of Britannia was dirge but KR saved it.

Watched up to ep 4 now. On the whole I'm enjoying it, even most of the daft centurion bits. There's enough of the storyline moving along that I quickly forget the bits where I notice who's playing which parts and get absorbed again.
No idea who Kelly Reilly was prior, and I'd have her character down as not the most likeable for me so far. The Cait and Divis thing was "very" Arya and the Hound but not overly so and has legs I'd say.

I'll be tuning next week, as they say.

Apparently they're going for a more trippy psychedelic feel to the series rather than accurate historical depiction.

There was a behind the scenes thing that Mrs Stoo watched.

Still a properly inappropriate theme tune though. Doesn't inspire you to watch it at all, I skip it every time.

I don’t like the blurred focus that goes along with the trippy bits.  At the mo my vision is pretty blurred at the edges, so when a tv program adds the same effect I feel like I am looking at a screen at the end of a tunnel, within another tunnel

I've watched the whole thing now, meh is the main word that springs to mind.  Turns out the theme song is about the best bit.  Has had me hurdy gurdying to myself quite frequently.
