Sold my Musicman Albert Lee today to @JezWynd who up till now I had a lot of time for.

To make the deal happen he threw in a new Fender 72 Thinline that he didn’t get on with.

I made it quite clear at the time that I would be selling it on here immediately because none of the new ones to me  had measured up to the real thing thing plus I really needed some cash.

Turns out that this could be the daughter of my original 72.......the neck is great , it’s nice and light and although the modern pickups don’t have that clarity it’s got me googling for replacements which wasn’t part of my short time financial plan at all.

Thanks to Jez I may have to have ‘that conversation’ with the Mrs again later !

PS Very nice chap that Jez despite possibly causing a domestic at my place this evening.

I don't know @JezWynd but he sounds like a born trouble-maker!  Fancy throwing in a good guitar and catching you off guard like that!  I'd get him to contribute to your alimony payments!  3

Creamery are about 90% there and the best I've tried other than the originals
